Tell us about yourself!

How's it going! My name is Devin Shaw and I hail from Houston, Texas! I am the proud owner of Ninja Automations! At Ninja Automations we provide solutions to Credit Repair Owners, also known as CROs, to streamline their client acquisition process through automation and systems. We have been in business for a little over a year and currently serve over 200 CROs on a monthly basis.

Why did you choose the profession you are in?

I choose my profession, specifically being an entrepreneur, because of the freedom entrepreneurship allows. At first, it was to travel more with my wife and spend more time with family and friends, however, we now have 3 kids so traveling is now out of the picture, haha. But, although my travel is limited, I still enjoy being an entrepreneur.

Who or what is your number one motivator and why?

My number one motivator is Devin Shaw from yesterday. Every day it is me vs. me, so the goal is to always beat the previous version of me.

What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and working on my cars.

If you can name one person that helped you get to where you are now, who would that person be and how did they help you?

My mom has probably been the one person that helped jump-start my entrepreneur journey. Seeing her start businesses and navigate challenges that were thrown at her is what made everything “click” for me and inspired me to become an entrepreneur.

If you could give a piece of advice to someone who aspires to become an entrepreneur, what would your advice be?

Don't quit! Life has a lot of uncertainties, but one thing that is certain, if you quit you'll never succeed.
